We’re excited to let our patients know that we will be introducing Virtual Care Navigator a new automated telephone system designed to make it easier than ever to contact the surgery.
From 11th February, you’ll be able to order repeat prescriptions, request fit notes, check test results, and submit medical queries. Repeat prescriptions, fit notes, and test results will be available 24/7. Medical queries can be made from 8am–4pm and non-urgent queries can be made from 8:30am–6:30pm.
